Whatever the reason, we will journey together using mindful, creative ways to help you let go, shift, reduce your stress, refocus – whatever the personal words are that represent the way you are feeling.
Any time together will start with a chat and a cuppa (and a bite of something delicious). From there some of our mindful activities together might include yoga inspired stretching and gentle movement (note – absolutely zero experience necessary), sitting to breathe, eating body nurturing food, inspiring walks in nature, creating art in nature, healthy baking (or just eating the baking), frequency balancing sound therapy, a little adventure time to challenge yourself, or even laughter as exercise (really). Restore with Ali is based in rural East Northamptonshire; sometimes known as the forgotten corner. It is pretty, tranquil and peaceful, the home of many ancient oaks and pine plantations. Perfect for rest, restoration and feeling nourished in body and mind, amidst nature.
