The half days outlined here are simply examples of what a guest might want to experience. If you like them you can of course make it your experience, but generally your time is tailor-made for you based on our initial Zoom/telephone call, the information on your Insight Form and personal preference. The times are extremely loose, just a guide to show you what is possible. Time is not important, you are. This is time for you to be. It is time for you to be you. Time to talk, to be heard, time to engage in a calming activity. Rest assured, in all things we will flow with the needs of the moment, not a schedule.
